Refund Policy:
There are no refunds on any items purchased on web site, only store credit. If the item is worn it cannot be returned. If the item was not purchased at this web site it cannot be returned, exchanged or receive credit for the item cost. If you would like to request a store credit send an e-mail to queenlingerie@yahoo.com within one month of receipt of items. After one month there are no exchanges of any items.
